One of the best cartoons I watched as a kid was Arthur. Funny, insightfully, and a pleasure, it was a great cartoon when I turned the channel to PBS. That’s why this video is both hilarious and a hit to the childhood. Created by Merfish, this video used GTA characters to recreate the theme and it works, for the most part.
