Nintendo just released a slew of information for the Nintendo Direct:
All of the DLC announced today can be acquired for $29.16 (USD) for both Wii U or 3DS or $21.96 (USD) for the console separately.
Roy and Lucas will be savable for $3.99 (USD) each on either Wii U or 3DS and $4.99 (USD) each for both Wii U/3DS.
Ryu from Street Fighter will be available for purchase at $5.99 (USD) on either Wii U or 3DS and $6.99(USD) for both Wii U/3DS with it, he also comes with his own stage.
All three DLC characters will have their own Amiibo that are usable alongside a new wave of characters including Game and Watch, ROB, and Mii Fighters.
Mii Fighters will get the following costumes for $0.75 (USD) each.
Megaman Network Battle: Megaman.EXE (Gunner)
Megaman X: Zero
Animal Crossing: Isabelle (Gunner)
Splatoon: Inkling Girl and Boy (Gunner)
Tekken: Hehatchi (Brawler)
Virtua Figher Jacky (Brawler) Akira (Brawler)
Stages from the original Smash Bros game will come as well including Dreamland which will come at $1.99 (USD) for Wii U and 3DS or $2.99 (USD) for all.
The Miiverse stage will come for free with people allowed to draw characters and cheer on their fans while doing it.

Tourney mode: Scheduled to launch as part of a free update in August, two new Tourney modes are coming to Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Nintendo 3DS. Community Tourneys let players compete for the highest points in a certain amount of time, while regular Tourneys have a specific set of rules and only happen at select times.
YouTube replays: Coming exclusively to Super Smash Bros. for Wii U at a later date, this free new feature allows players to post replay videos of their matches on YouTube. To use this feature, players must possess a Google account. Please visit http://www.smashbros.com/us/ for additional details.
