Internet and cable behemoth Comcast has pulled out of the Time Warner merger talks. After hints of the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Communication Commissions (FCC) pushing against the merger, Comcast abandoned the deal. The deal with Time Warner ranged at more than $45 billion dollars. The announcement could come as early as Friday. There will be no breakup fee as of February 2014 when they negotiate.
